1. What We Collect
We collect minimal data to operate the site:
- Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to price alerts via the "Subscribe" form. We store your email in order to send you notifications about price changes and CloudMart updates.
- Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL). This data is used for security and to understand which features are most useful.
- Planner inputs — text you enter into the Architecture Planner (project description, budget, preferences) is sent to third-party AI APIs to generate a response. See Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To send you price alert emails if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing admin@cloudmart.dev).
- To improve the site based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party AI Services (Planner)
The Architecture Planner feature sends your inputs to external AI APIs:
- xAI (Grok) — used for the Planner's architecture recommendations. Your inputs are processed by xAI's API. xAI's privacy policy applies: x.ai/privacy-policy.
- Anthropic (Claude) — used for price extraction and background data refresh. Not directly triggered by user input on the site.
Do not enter sensitive, confidential, or personal information into the Planner. Treat it as you would any public AI chat tool.
4. Cookies & Analytics
CloudMart does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We load Bootstrap CSS/JS from a CDN (jsdelivr.net), which may set its own cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other behavioral tracking tool.
5. Data Retention
Email addresses collected via the subscribe form are retained until you request deletion. Web server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Planner inputs are not stored on our servers after the AI response is returned.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing admin@cloudmart.dev. We will respond within 14 days.

Always verify pricing directly with the provider before making a purchasing decision. CloudMart makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Architecture Planner uses AI to generate infrastructure recommendations. These recommendations are not professional advice. CloudMart is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated output. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for production infrastructure decisions.
4. Affiliate Links
Some links on CloudMart are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, CloudMart may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence how providers are ranked or presented.
5. Intellectual Property
The CloudMart name, logo, and original content are owned by CloudMart. Provider names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
CloudMart is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudMart and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any pricing data or AI-generated recommendations.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of CloudMart after changes constitutes acceptance.
